Join the Trophic Communications team and be part of a dynamic agency shaping the future of life sciences communications. We combine expertise in science, business, and biotechnology to craft impactful corporate stories and translate complex scientific concepts into compelling messages.
Our award-winning team supports biotech start-ups and leading biopharmaceutical companies, including European and U.S. NASDAQ IPOs. At Trophic, you’ll work closely with C-level executives, creating value through strategic communications, media and investor relations, scientific storytelling, social media, crisis management, and patient advocacy.
Our work sits at the intersection of science, communications, and people. You will support clients through important milestones, complex topics, and high-impact moments.
We care about how we work together. Our values guide the way we communicate, support one another, and deliver thoughtful work for our clients.
Feedback should be helpful, practical, and ongoing. Team members have regular check-ins to discuss priorities, development, goals, and support needs.
As a small but growing agency, there are opportunities to take ownership, build new skills, and help shape how we work.
Our office is centrally located and easy to reach by public transport.
We offer flexibility where it works for the role, the team, and the business.
We support sustainable commuting through a subsidized train/public transport ticket or alternatively keep active with our subsidized EGYM Wellpass.
Dogs are welcome when they are comfortable in the office environment and fit well with the team’s working day.
Our mental health team helps share resources, raise awareness, and support a healthy working environment.
We support learning through internal knowledge-sharing, practical training, and development opportunities.
We look for people who are curious, thoughtful, reliable, and collaborative. Experience matters, but so does attitude. We value people who communicate clearly, care about quality, enjoy learning, and want to contribute to a growing team.
If you are excited by life sciences communications and want to be part of a small, international agency with room to grow, we would be happy to hear from you!
