Roberta joined Trophic in 2025 as Human Resources and Operations Manager, bringing experience in economics research, policy analysis, and studies of well-being in the workplace. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and empowering individuals to thrive.
Before Trophic, she worked as an office manager serving as a key contact for employees. As a business consultant, she supported the organization´s corporate governance initiatives. Originally from Italy, Roberta is fluent in Italian and English and speaks conversational German.
Roberta holds a Bachelor´s in Economics and a Master´s in Political Science from the University of Bologna, and a Master´s in Human Resources and Organization from Rome Business School.
Roberta enjoys playing tennis, squash, or any other racket sport in her free time. She also loves music, especially jazz and classical music, and is a jazz singer.
